A gravel drive leads into the property with double timber gates opening to the drive which sweeps up to a brick paved courtyard flanked by the garage.
This is a large building developed to a high standard as is clearly seen on viewing. There are 3 bays, each with electric roller doors. Internally there are good floors, rendered and painted walls, an insulated roof and a large number of power points and plenty of workspace. There's also a store and on the house-side of the building and opening onto the garden are BBQ areas within an attractive oak framed and partly timber clad verandah.
Between this building and the house is a well sheltered landscaped garden with a pathway, lawn, flower and lavender beds and a walled courtyard at the entrance.
Elsewhere in the gardens are lawns, apple trees, fig tree, chestnut tree, shrubs, a lily pond and the bonus of a timber summerhouse with internal seating around a fire-pit.
