Lottisham Green, a small rural hamlet in the parish of West Bradley in the beautiful Somerset countryside between Glastonbury, Somerton, Castle Cary and Wells.
The thriving village of Baltonsborough is within a mile and a half and has a church, primary school, village hall, pub, winery and a large new shop has just been built and hopefully will open soon. The village also has a very friendly community with a number of societies and organisations. In the other direction is Lydford Cross with a mini supermarket and petrol station and another thriving pub.
The nearby villages provide ample amenities and facilities including several primary schools.
Also there are excellent state and independent schools in the area including Ansford, Crispins, wells Blue School, Strode College Wells Cathedral School, Millfield and the Bruton schools.
Approaching Baltonsborough from the north turn left in the centre of the village after the Greyhound pub onto Ham Street . Pass the school and continue out of the village and with fields on all sides take the right turn onto a small lane - see site plan. Continue and Little Orchard is towards the end of the lane on the right hand side.
