The property is semi- detached with the adjacent property being Waterfront Farm which is also for sale by the same owner.

Accommodation

Meadowside Lodge has clearly defined and well fenced boundaries. The front door opens into a very generous large kitchen/breakfast/sitting room which is a wonderful living area. The kitchen is well fitted with cupboard units, laminate work surfaces, porcelain tiled flooring, breakfast bar, a fitted oven, hob and an extractor. Also it has a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The breakfast area has ample space for a family dining table and the adjoining sitting area is large and light with plenty of room for a family and entertaining, both benefit from wood laminate flooring. The sitting room area connects to the newly built triple aspect conservatory, with double glazing, tiled floor and doors to the terrace and lawn. Off the kitchen is a hallway leading to a double bedroom and a wet room with a shower, basin and wc. Next to the wet room there is also a useful walk in storage cupboard.

Currently the utility room is accessed via a separate door from the rear of the property. This door leads to a kitchen/utility area with fitted sink, wall and floor units and washer and dryer (with the oil fired boiler), a cloakroom and a staircase to the first floor. Currently this is one large room with velux windows and radiators. The owner has considered re arranging the staircase and creating 2 bedrooms and possibly one or two bathrooms. Such works will require planning and building regs. consent. Information on this is available if required.

A drive leads in to a large parking area and there are side and front sunny, south facing gardens with a yard area to the rear.
