The property has recently been extensively refurbished by the current owners, inside and out. Changes include a new set of entrance gates to the driveway, a studio addition with internal bar area, a new kitchen, cat 5 cabling throughout and many other notable alterations.
The front door enters the porch which in turn leads through into the living room. This is a substantial living space with plenty of room in which to sit and relax. There is a wood burning stove set within a brick fireplace below a timber mantel. Off the sitting room is the study which also has an external access.
In a semi open plan style the sitting room opens into the kitchen dining room which has received extensive improvements. The new kitchen enjoys a vast array of fitted units with granite effect worktops, a breakfast bar and stone floor tiles. Integrated appliances include a mid height double oven and grill plus induction hob. There is a large open space for a dining table at the other end of the room too. Off the kitchen is a utility room with plumbing for a washing machine, space for an American style fridge freezer, a further external door and a storage cupboard. Off the utility is a cloakroom.
At the back of the house there is a conservatory with a tiled floor and french doors leading out to the garden.
