A superbly furnished and equipped holiday lodge set in glorious countryside on the edge of Wells. The accommodation includes: sitting room, kitchen/dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms. Gas central heating. Outside is an area of decking and a parking space.
About the area
Wells is the smallest city in England (population about 11,000) lying in beautiful countryside between the Somerset Levels and the Mendip Hills – an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The major towns of the area being Bristol, Bath, Taunton and Yeovil are all within commuting distance. Castle Cary is the nearest train station with fast links to London. Wells has local markets twice a week and many medieval buildings including the Cathedral and moated Bishops Palace. There is a busy local shopping centre, a broad range of societies and activities and excellent State & Private schools in the area including Wells Blue School, Wells Cathedral School and Millfield School.
Wells Holiday Park is a long established family owned site set on the edge of Wells within easy reach of all amenities and open countryside. The lodges are nicely located within a well maintained and landscaped area of the park. Each lodge is offered for sale with a renewable site licence for 25 years. There is an annual pitch fee (currently £2,500) to cover maintenance of the park, utilities and services.
Note: Planning allows 12 month occupation but another permanent main home address is required.
This lodge is one of two show lodges that are immediately available. Alternative sizes and layouts can be ordered with a lead time of approximately 3 months.
